What are your business hours?
General business hours are from 10 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday (We are closed on legal holidays only) Weekend and studio hours are by appointment only. Please no drop-in as it disrupts our artists. Gallery hours are by appointment and event listing.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround is dependant on a few factors: complexity and the number in the edition. We determine this on a project-by-project basis. Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. We may complete your order sooner if we find the opportunity in our production schedule.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, wire transfer, company checks, and all major credit cards.
Yes we can accept PayPal.

What is the Screen Cost or Setup Fee?
Screen cost is what we charge to produce the silk screen(s) we need in order to print your design onto your product. The cost is based on the size of the screen and is charged per screen.
We typically do not store screens as it adds to your production costs. Storage is available for an additional charge $50 setup fee per screen/color on reorders only. This is a labor charge we add to cover the time to setup your screen, ink and product prior to production.

How do I submit my resale certificate?

How do I upload my image for printing?
Preferred format extensions: ai, pdf, eps, psd, tif, hi res JPG only
Adobe Photoshop files:
- Must be at least 150 dpi. at actual size.
- Smaller files need to be sent at 300 dpi. to make up for size.
Low resolution files have a lower quality when printing and may need additional work done before final output and will require an additional fee.
- If possible, send layered artwork not flat artwork
Adobe Illustrator files:
- OUTLINE ALL FONTS before sending to avoid changing fonts.
- Send all photo links along with files to be submitted to avoid missing artwork.
Please avoid sending Microsoft and other non-graphic program files.
