Serigraphy is a term describing the silkscreen process when used for fine art rather than commercial purposes. Unlike many of the commercial serigraph studios out there, we encourage our artists to use our master printer in collaboration to take advantage of his wealth of experience.
Produced on archival quality 100% cotton rag, neutral pH paper serigraphs are produced from a single image to make an edition. To make an edition cost effective we suggest editions at ranging in no less than 25 sheets a each run.
STUDIO SPACE
Haven encourages our artists to participate in the crafting process and oversight of their silkscreen prints. As such we can dedicate additional workspace to an artist so that they can create hand embellished prints which are unique in nature to accompany your fine art serigraphs.
SIGNING SESSIONS
When your silkscreen prints are complete they are limited in number as indicated in pencil below the image. The notation 1/100 means that this particular print is the first of 100 in the edition. By signing and numbering it, the artist is guaranteeing that there will never be more than 100 original serigraph prints of this design. Edition sizes are noted with each image on these pages.
FRAMING
Our experienced team can handle the most challenging framing projects. We can frame one customized piece to hundreds of quality pieces fit for gallery display in the time frame you require.
GALLERY
Located in downtown Los Angeles near Chinatown, our gallery is an ideal location to display and sell your new works. With up to 1,500 sq. feet of white walled gallery space there is an additional securely gated open-air front entry that can also be used in planning large evening events.
